Facilities

Parkland Hockey Academy is privileged to utilize a variety of state of the art facilities; each venue adds to the success of the Parkland Hockey Academy program. The instructors/students are able to perform under model conditions on a daily bases. The co-operation among each facility allows the students to be part of a life growing experience.

Parkland School Division No. 70

Parkland School Division has an impressive tradition of offering exceptional opportunities for students. They are proud of their strong academics, exceptional variety of complementary courses and extensive extracurricular programs. Their goal is to help students to become well-rounded citizens.

Trans Alta Leisure Center

The Tri Leisure Center is a dynamic space, full of energy and activity. It is a place where students can come to compete, learn, exercise, relax, meet and celebrate life. This facility allows our students to maximize their learning, mentally and physically with off-ice activities; while providing world class ice surfaces for our students to master on-ice skills.

Onoway Arena (O.D.A.S.)/OHS

The Onoway Arena provides our Academy with an excellent ice facility in a rural community that supports student athletes and their mastery of on ice skills. The "Joe" (outdoor rink) and OHS provide venue for a majority of the off ice training component of the program.
